Europcar Appoints Customer Experience Director
Reporting to Europcar Group UK Managing Director, Ken McCall and Sales and Marketing Director, Nick Harwood, Patricia will be responsible for all client services, which includes reservations, customer service and e-business.
Patricia has proven success in inspiring best performance and influencing as well delivering change. She has experience working at a senior level in a wide range of industries, most recently having been a consultant for Coracle Learning, as well as an Independent Customer Services professional, working across the management consulting industry. Before that, Patricia was Head of Customer Service Centres for Marks and Spencer. Other previous positions include roles at The AA and Prudential Financial.
