Europcar is voted
Europcar has been voted the best car hire company by the prestigious Sunday Times Travel magazine in a Best of the World feature in the publications December issue.
The awards panel consisted of 18 travel experts including journalists and leading industry professionals looking at the worlds finest cities, spas, beaches and airlines, but when it came to car hire companies, Europcar was voted the number one choice.
The drivers on the judging panel agreed that reliability, speedy assistance in times of trouble and a wide spread of pick-up and drop off points were crucial to customers. They praised Europcar for its helpful approach, one judge citing a personal experience. They were there in minutes when I broke down on a Sunday along a dusty Spanish track. And when I drove back to the airport, Europcar swapped it (the car) in seconds.
John Leigh, Managing Director at Europcar UK commented: We are delighted to be voted the best car hire company by the Sunday Times Travel magazine and particularly pleased because our continued commitment in providing leading customer service within the industry has been highlighted by the judging panel.
