QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE SPARKS AWARD WIN FOR EUROPCAR
Europcar UK celebrated last week after winning one of the first ever BAA SPARK awards. Its Gatwick Airport team scooped the Best Customer Service Team Car Rental.
The SPARK awards were introduced in 2005 by BAA to reward excellence in customer service amongst companies that operate within major UK airports. Customers were asked to nominate a person or team from whom they had received excellent customer service.
The Gatwick Airport team beat off competition from Hertz Glasgow and National Aberdeen.
